Research Opportunities

If you are interested in gaining some research experience working with us in this domain, please get in touch through our contact form.

You can contribute to our projects on a part time basis, and virtually, if you have and want to further develop your skills in any of these domains:

 

  1. Programming (Python preferred)

  2. Machine learning (ML)/data analytics

  3. Natural Language Processig (NLP)

  4. Survey design

  5. Experiment design

  6. Literature review

  7. Case writing

Examples of projects currently underway:

 

  • Measuring how hierarchical or flat companies are using large data sources (Big Data/ML/NLP)

  • What is the impact of organizational culture on remote working (and vice versa)? (Big Data/ML/NLP)

  • What are the various designs in which teams are constructed in businesses today? (Survey design/Experiments)

  • Using NLP to study consensus formation in groups

  • Human-AI Collaboration (Survey design/Experiments/Computational Models)

  • Developing short cases on how digital technologies (AI/metaverse/blockchain) affect organization designs
